Our recent basement project involved a complete redesign, introducing new walls to create a cozy bedroom space, storage closets, and a brand-new bathroom. This extensive renovation required cutting through concrete slabs to lay underground drain pipes, ensuring the basement’s functionality while protecting it with a backwater valve.

In addition to installing a new staircase and enhancing the floors with floating vinyl and elegant porcelain tiles in the bathroom, we strategically integrated sleek bulkheads. These were introduced not just for aesthetic enhancement but primarily to conceal unsightly ducts and pipes in the ceiling, all while maintaining a good ceiling height. The modern LED spotlights integrated into these bulkheads added a sophisticated touch. This holistic transformation redefined the space, seamlessly marrying functionality with contemporary design.
